At my W2 in commercial real estate – which I ditched, thanks to REI – I worked on building the operating system used to manage a multifamily portfolio. I’m not tech-savvy. Will I be able to use my new Monday setup?

Absolutely! I build your workspace to be intuitive and easy to use, even if you don’t consider yourself tech-savvy. Plus, I’ll walk you through every board, automation, and workflow so you feel confident using it. And if you need additional help during the first 30 days, I’ll answer your questions and even send you short video explanations tailored to your setup.


I don’t have a lot of time to spare. How involved do I need to be?

Not much! I’ve designed this process to be as hands-off as possible for you.

You’ll join me for two 1-hour calls – one at the start to map out your business and create a personalized plan, and one at the end to walk through your new workspace. In between, your main task is providing the data you want built into Monday. To make this easy, you’ll receive a detailed, organized Google Sheet outlining exactly what we need.

This step typically takes the longest, but if you have your information ready beforehand, the process moves much faster. (And if sorting through data sounds like a headache, no worries – I can scrub and organize it for you for an additional fee, so you don’t have to lift a finger.) Once I have everything, you can focus on running your business while my team builds the workspace you’ve been waiting for. Ten days later, your new workspace will be ready!


What kind of support will I get during the Build-Out?

I’m with you every step of the way. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all setup – it’s a fully customized build-out tailored to how you run your business. That means I’ll work closely with you to understand the details of your daily operations, your long-term goals, and exactly how you need things to flow. From there, I’ll fine-tune your boards and workflows until they’re just right.

And it doesn’t stop once you get the keys to your new workspace. You’ll get 30 days of post-build support to make sure everything is running smoothly. During that first month, I’ll answer any questions you have, send you short videos explaining how things work, and make adjustments as you start using the system. If you need ongoing support beyond that, you’ll have the option to extend it. I want more than anything for this to be a success for you!


What if I need changes after the build-out?

I include 30 days of support after your workspace is delivered. During that time, I’ll answer questions, make adjustments, and ensure everything is working smoothly. If you realize you need additional boards once you get in the flow, we can add those on for an additional fee, and if you need additional support after the 30 days, you’ll have the option to extend support.


What can I expect when we get started?

First things first – we’ll hop on a call to assess your business needs, and I’ll show you what Monday can do for you. After that, I’ll send you a custom proposal tailored to your business, and once you’re ready to move forward, a 50% deposit secures your spot on my calendar. 

When we kick off our project, we’ll schedule a one-hour deep-dive call to map out your boards and outline your workflows. You’ll gather and send over the data we need – and I’ll take over from there. Ten business days later, your custom workspace will be ready! We’ll go through everything together on a one-hour walk-through call, and then you’ll get 30 days of continued support as you integrate Monday into your business, so you’re never left figuring things out alone. By then, you’ll have the confidence to use Monday like a pro. 


How is working with you different than hiring someone off Fiverr?

Here’s the thing. You could hire someone from Fiverr or Upwork to build a board for you for a lower cost. But here’s what that really means:
