Founded in 2022 by the visionary Jamie Banks, our company was born from a commitment to excellence in managing furnished rental properties. Jamie's extensive background in real estate investment and dedication to customer service set the foundation for a company that doesn't just meet expectations but consistently exceeds them.
Under Jamie's leadership, Radiate Real Estate quickly transformed from a co-hosting company into a multifaceted hub for medium-term rental (MTR) solutions. Our team has developed a comprehensive suite of products and services with the goal of educating others looking to build a MTR business. From CRM implementation and expert consulting to MTR specific market reports, business plans, and courses, we are the go-to experts in the MTR space.

Meet Our Founder - Jamie Banks
Jamie Banks graduated from Hampton University in 2018 and joined a commercial bank, where she honed her skills in real estate investment analysis and management. Over the next five years, she gained valuable experience underwriting multifamily deals and working under a credit officer, immersing herself in the commercial real estate sector. While working full-time, Jamie also earned her MBA with a concentration in project management from a prestigious university in 2020.
In December 2022, she founded Radiate Real Estate, purchased her first investment property a month later, and left her corporate career in March 2023 to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams.
Throughout 2023, Jamie focused on expanding her knowledge and building the systems necessary to scale her business, completing courses on short-term rentals, creative financing, and multifamily operations. Today, Jamie owns and manages a portfolio of mid-term rental properties while working towards her goal of acquiring 20+ unit multifamily assets, leveraging her expertise to offer consulting, mentorship, and a range of products to other mid-term rental operators.
